Airlie Beach's tropical music week is back for its 14th edition.
The Airlie Beach Festival of Music stretches across five days from Thursday 5 to Monday 9 November 2026, with the main weekend of headliners on 6 to 8 November. About 60 acts play 16 venues, from the waterfront main stage at the Whitsunday Sailing Club to bars and clubs along the strip.
Xavier Rudd headlines the main stage on Friday 6 November. Warming up that night are ten regional finalists from this year's Passport to Airlie heats, plus 2025 Passport winners Monroe.
Other names on the bill include Mark Seymour, Mental As Anything, The Whitlams, The Radiators, Conrad Sewell, Adam Harvey and Nathan Cavaleri.
Also included
- A Beach Jam and Welcome Party on Thursday 5 November, including the Women Who Rock bill at Magnums
- An After Party at Northerlies Beach Bar & Grill on Monday 9 November
- Three-day pass holders get both extra events at no extra cost
Passport to Airlie has run since 2013. The ten 2026 finalists each get accommodation, VIP passes, prize money and a main-stage spot, with the winner returning next year to support the headliner.
