Why we build it
Our Mission
Written by festival people, for festival people.
Every one of these apps started as something we wanted at an event and could not find. Not a product plan — a queue, a missed set, a map that ran out, a toilet block nobody had checked since Friday. The mission is simple: less faff, better outdoor events, built by the people who actually go to them.
The Problem We Kept Running Into
Outdoor events run on information that goes stale the moment it is printed. The running order changes. A stall moves. A field turns to mud and the campsite entrance shifts two hundred metres. The paper map in your back pocket was wrong before you unfolded it.
Meanwhile the organiser has all of that information and no practical way to get it to forty thousand people at once. Bespoke event apps solve it for the handful of events with a development budget, and leave everybody else — the fêtes, the carnivals, the county shows, the small independents — with a Facebook post and a laminated sign.
What We Decided to Do About It
Build one platform that any event can join for nothing, where the organiser publishes once and it reaches everyone, and where the crowd fills in the parts the organiser will never have time to.
That last part matters most. A festival is not a database — it is thousands of people who all know something useful. The trader who knows where the good coffee is. The regular who knows which gate to use. The person who just walked past a toilet block that needs attention. The five apps exist to collect that and hand it back.

How to Contribute Well
Anyone can add to the platform. These are the ground rules that keep it worth using.
Listings, photos and ratings should come from you being there. Second-hand information goes stale fastest and is the hardest for anyone else to correct.
"Block C ran out of paper by Saturday lunchtime" is useful to an organiser and a supplier. "Toilets were awful" is not. Specific feedback gets fixed.
Photos of stalls, signage, facilities and site layout are what everyone needs. Please do not upload photos of identifiable people who have not agreed to it.
If a pin is in the wrong place or a menu is out of date, edit it. A correction takes ten seconds and helps the next few thousand people through the gate.
If you have a commercial interest in a listing, say so. Reviews and listings from the business itself are fine — pretending to be a customer is not.
