Old Town Swindon marked Día de los Muertos for a second year on Sunday.
The free Day of the Dead Festival, organised by the Old Town Business Association, ran from 1pm to 7pm on Wood Street and Victoria Road on Sunday 1 November.
The line-up included Mexican Dave, Mariachi Bravo, Afro-Peruvian music from Zambalando and dancers from JHS Dance. Visitors tried Mexican and international street food, had their faces painted, and joined a lantern-lit parade through Old Town as the afternoon closed.
A community ofrenda, or remembrance altar, was set up outside The Kings on Wood Street, where people could leave photographs of loved ones who have died.
"It's an honour to be able to bring this back to Old Town," a spokesperson for Friends of Old Town told the Swindon Advertiser.
The first festival last year drew more than 4,200 people, according to organisers. Entry was free, with voluntary donations welcomed to help fund future community festivals.
